To change the text in an After Effects project, select the Text Layer within the relevant composition. Then, adjust the font, size, and other properties in the Character panel. To modify the actual text, double-click the layer with the Text Tool (T) and type in the new content.
This method allows you to update the text while maintaining the animation.
